Russell Rowe
Integrity Mortgage & Financial, Inc was founded in March 2002 as a home-based business with Russell as the only employee. He quickly saw the need to operate from a business location and hire staff. They are currently at 5528 Library Lane, Colorado Springs, CO. Integrity Mortgage & Financial Inc. is one of the largest direct lenders in southern Colorado. In addition to being licensed in Colorado, they are licensed to do mortgages in New Mexico and Alabama and are in the process of getting licensed in other states. Russell is joined in the mortgage business by his wife Amy who keeps a close eye on the behind the scenes operations. She takes care of projects from bookkeeping and payroll to human resource and tech management. In addition, Amy and Russell are busy co-parenting three very active children, Kya, Kendan and Kason.
