Mortgage Loan Originator – Colorado Springs, CO

Integrity Mortgage & Financial Inc. is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) to join our Colorado Springs team.

The ideal candidate is a licensed mortgage professional who understands the importance of responsive communication, strong borrower relationships, referral development, and providing an exceptional mortgage experience from application through closing.

Qualifications

• Current and active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license
• Previous mortgage loan origination experience required
• Knowledge of the residential mortgage lending process
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with borrowers, Realtors, builders, and other referral partners
• Professional, motivated, organized, and results-driven

Mortgage Operations Manager – Colorado Springs, CO

Integrity Mortgage & Financial Inc. is also seeking an experienced Mortgage Operations Manager to join our leadership team at our Colorado Springs corporate office.

This position is ideal for an experienced mortgage professional with a strong understanding of both mortgage operations and sales who can effectively lead teams, manage workflow, improve efficiency, and help maintain a high level of service throughout the loan process.

Qualifications

• Current and active NMLS license
• Minimum of 3+ years of mortgage industry experience
• Experience overseeing mortgage operations and sales teams
• Strong knowledge of the residential mortgage process
• Proven leadership and team-management abilities
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage workflow, priorities, accountability, and team performance
