Happy New Year from Integrity Mortgage & Financial Inc.  It seems this time of year usually focuses on resolutions for the new year, but I suggest we look back to see what happened in 2010.

- What did I accomplish in 2010?
- What were my biggest disappointments in 2010?
- What did I learn in 2010?
- How did I limit myself in 2010?
- Were my personal values evident in 2010?

Looking back can give us clarity for the things we accomplished as well as the areas we fell short.  Self-examination should be done to spur us on to more positive actions and results, not a self-loathing, critical review.
