Russell is joined in the mortgage business by his wife, Amy, who keeps a close eye on the behind the scenes operations. She is a whirlwind of activity ranging from book keeping and payroll to human resource and tech management. In addition, Amy and Russell are busy co-parenting three very active children. Kya, age 7, Kendan, 4 and Kason, 2 make life interesting and entertaining, and even at a young age are showing signs of leadership skills that will one day rival those of their enterprising parents.

Integrity Mortgage & Financial, Inc was founded in March 2002 and was located in the spare bedroom of the Rowe home. Within one month, Russell and Amy saw the need to operate their mortgage endeavor from a business location and hire staff.  They are currently at 5528 Library Lane, Colorado Springs, CO and have a staff of over 20 people.  In 2008 and 2009 Integrity Mortgage was named 5^th and 6^th among mortgage businesses for the state of Colorado by FHA. In addition to being licensed in Colorado, they are also licensed to do mortgages in New Mexico, Missouri, South Carolina, and Hawaii.
